This Saturday (7th October) is National ‘Non-League Football Day’ and to raise the profile of local non-league football, St Albans City F.C. will be giving out vouchers for free attendance to all primary school children in the St Albans, Harpenden, Redbourn and Wheathampstead areas for their upcoming match against Bath City. TICKETS FOR YOUR SCHOOL ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE SCHOOL OFFICE.

Both St Albans City and Bath City have enjoyed a good start to the season and are competing for places at the top end of the table, so it promises to be a good match.

The club are going out of their way to promote this particular match as it falls on Non-League Day. Players will be kicking over 100 signed footballs into the crowd at the start of the game, and they will also be launching their Young Saints initiative for 2017/18 on the day. This is a fantastic scheme where children can buy a membership card for the season that entitles them to attend five further matches free of charge, with an accompanying adult paying half-price. This season, members will also receive regular newsletters/updates, as well as having opportunities to enter draws for mascot packages and signed shirts. Membership cards will be on sale for just £5.00 at the Bath City match (next to the club shop at the York Road end.)

The club have developed a strong partnership with local schools over the past few years and particularly look forward to welcoming children and families to the match against Bath.
