Timetable
School is open to children for 32.5 hours per week:
- Soft start: 8:40am – 8:45am
- Start time: 8.45am – registers close 8:55am
- Break: 10.30am - 10.45am
- Lunch: 12.00pm - 1pm (EYFS)
- Lunch: 12:00pm – 1pm (KS1)
- Lunch: 12:30pm – 1:30pm (KS2)
- Home time: 3:15pm
General Information
Children should not be on the school site until 8.40am. If your child arrives at school after 8.45am, they should enter via the main school office to ensure they are marked on the register and are given the correct lunch. At the end of the school day parents/carers should collect their children from outside their classrooms. Please respect the fact that lessons are continuing either in the classroom or on the playground until the end of the school day. If you know you are going to be late please contact the School Office and we will make sure the children wait in the Reception area.
Parents are requested not to come into the school building – we have members of staff on the playgrounds/entrances at the beginning of the day and messages can be sent – including those for teaching staff – via our admin email address – admin@gardenfields.aetrust.uk

PE Timetable
Children should come to school in their PE kit on the following days.
* Swimming - children come to school in their school uniform and bring their swimming kit with them.
** Individual and sibling photographs on 29th September 2025 - all children should come to school in uniform.
